Heavy bag workout helps in training and building your muscle mass. Along with that, it also focuses on the cardio training. So while you are performing an intense heavy bag punching workout your heart is beating faster and faster. This raises your heart rate and speed the circulation making your heart strong. Training on the pads is one of the best ways to develop your fighting reflexes, punching technique, defence technique, and fighting strategy.

Junior Kids Classes

Heathrow Boxing Club has many opportunities and one of them being Junior Classes. Junior Kids Classes are designed for juniors aged 10-18. Juniors may want to participate in these classes for several reasons: to gain strength and increase there fitness levels; learn the fundamentals of boxing. Heathrow Boxing Club provides this. During these classes Juniors will have the opportunity to learn different techniques whether on the punch bags, pads or in the ring.


MMA Classes

MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) is essentially a sport in which fighters of any martial discipline, such as boxing, karate, jiu jitsu, wrestling and judo compete under rules that allow kicking, punching and grappling techniques, both stand-up and on the ground.
