Programme conditions

PAYG customers only. Ladies Boxing, Muay Thai, junior classes, one-to-one coaching, active memberships, complimentary sessions and other excluded services do not count.

Only successfully checked-in eligible paid attendances count. Cancelled bookings, no-shows and classes where the QR code is not successfully checked in do not contribute to the total.

The free reward covers one eligible group class, has no cash value and cannot be transferred. A properly cancelled reward booking restores the reward.
