 Beginners (B)

Cover basic techniques and punches, and is the best introduction for beginners in boxing.

Intermediate (I)

Suitable for people who are ready for the next step in boxing, learning techniques for sparring or competition.

Advanced (A)

This class offers advanced students a dynamic training and gives an opportunity for gaining a sparring experience.

Each class – £12.
One-to-One Personal Training – £50.
Membership – £120.
